At Rosedale Winery, our journey began with a deep-rooted passion for fine wines and a love for the culinary traditions of Tuscany. My travels to Cerretino, a picturesque village in Tuscany where my sister runs a slow food venture, have profoundly influenced our approach to winemaking. In Cerretino, we embraced the philosophy of slow food, focusing on the local flavors, sustainable practices, and the rich heritage of the region.
Inspired by the beautiful vineyards and exceptional wines of Tuscany, we have brought this essence back to Seymour, Victoria.
